The countless steps and countless trips account
For nought, unless a change of heart is found
And change of step uproots you from the ground.

To whom, mankind, d'you call upon for grace?
Your patch of earth or sculpted stony face?
Speak soft, for those you love are close at hand.
Tread light, you stand upon attentive Land.
